With Lee Altier, The Organic Vegetable Project (The OVP)

Friday, March 29th at the CSU Organic Vegetable Project, we will be offering essentially two workshops in one! Come learn about how to design your rotation planning in the garden with Dr. Lee Altier, and start thinking about not only what foods you want to plant, but about how to elongate the life of those foods once they have been harvested. Value-added storable foods. I’ve been networking with Brad Banner of Butte County to come and share a presentation with us about Cottage Food Bill facts. We’ll learn from the source, what it is, what it does, how it works, and what it means for us. Brad will be out of the office, although we are hoping someone in his office will be excited about coming down to do the presentation for him. These two-workshops combined will really set you up for some fantastic experimenting!
